 In order to work for you, I need to gather some information first. Completing an application is necessary in order to get the correct information to find you the best possible mortgage solution. To do this I will schedule a phone call with you to we will spend about 30-45 minutes working through a number of questions and pieces of information. 

After I have all the necessary information and documentation, I will complete a mortgage application for you. After this is complete,  I go to work and determine the best lender and mortgage solution to fit your personal needs. I will compile options and together we determine who is the best match for you. Once this is complete, I work on getting you a commitment from the lender. 

Once I have received your commitment from the lender, we will meet in person or over the phone. I will go through the commitment package in detail, highlighting important information.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions or voice any concerns. My goal is for you to be fully knowledgeable and comfortable with the commitment before signing. Once the commitment is signed, we will work together to ensure all conditions of the agreement are met. 

I will do all follow ups to ensure your mortgage funds arrive on schedule. This includes ensuring all lender conditions are met and lawyers are instructed. If you have any questions along the way, I am always available to answer them. 

On the day of closing I will be in contact with you throughout the day. If you have any questions the day of closing, I will be fully available to assist you. I will ensure that your mortgage funds on time by working with the lender, and the lawyer. You can sit back and relax! 

Once your mortgage closes it won’t be the last time you hear from me. I will stay in contact with you throughout the term of your mortgage to check in and answer any questions you may have. In addition, I will always be looking for opportunities to save you money.  If you ever have any questions or face financial difficulties, I am always available to help.
